Peter + Lauren || Proposal, Syracuse, NY

Peter reached out to me inquiring about a proposal photographer. He gotten my name from our mutual friend Liz - I interned with her at the Everson Museum of Art & he knows her from Syracuse University! We had planned to meet up the week before he was going to propose, but that unfortunately fell through. The first time I met him was after he had gotten down on his knee in the Sycamore Hill Gardens to propose to Lauren!

Brandon and I got to the gardens early to scope the area out and act like landscapers (with huge camera, no big deal, right?). Lauren has no idea we were even there in plain sight until after! It might have started as a rainy day, but the sun came out towards the end of their engagement session we did following the proposal. The gardens were perfect for them as an architect and engineer. There were so many different structures and ruins to explore. It was truly a unique day!
