Loren and Matt booked me over a year in advance for their wedding day at the Hotel Syracuse. We connected almost instantly! I was dreaming up ways to make their wedding day special on my way to and from work while I was working downtown.

They each got ready in different rooms at the hotel, and Brandon and I split up so that we could each get pictures with each of their sides of the bridal party. The girls snuck downstairs before the ceremony, and Loren had a beautifully emotional first look with her grandpa. There wasn’t a dry eye in the room. As guests arrived, the ceremony began. It was sweet and officiated by one of their mentors from Le Moyne College.

We took pictures outside by the iconic side of the hotel with family and the bridal party before we led Loren and Matt to the top of the hotel’s parking garage. It was the perfect place for pictures and had no cars! They kept saying how awkward the pictures must be, but I reassured them that my prompts and the pictures told a completely different story! We ran around the streets for a bit before heading back inside for introductions.

Everyone was introduced entering the ballroom and Loren and Matt had their first dance together as husband and wife. Loren’s brother played guitar and sung for them as they danced, which was super touching. Loren’s friends from high school gave a speech together before Matt’s brother gave this speech and dinner was served. Glazed and Confused supplied the donuts for dessert and Italian cookies were abundant as everyone danced all night long. We LOVED your wedding, thanks so much for having us!
