Pritchard Family Extended Family Photos at Fallbrook Lodge

I love when my wedding clients reach back out for photos later on. It’s fun to document their special day, but it’s so special to document their lives as they grow as a family. Stefanie and Joey emailed me wanting to book some fall family photos with his extended family. I loved photographing their wedding in 2019 and have enjoyed following along with their newest addition, so of course I said yes!

We all met up on a beautiful fall evening at Fallbrook Lodge in Oswego. The light on this particular day was perfection. It really highlighted the fall scenery and gave everything a warm glow. Speaking of perfection, their coordinating outfits came across so effortless. Take a few matching colors, add some varying textures, and you can’t go wrong!

It was so fun to catch up with Stefanie and Joey as we wandered the property. We hadn’t really chatted since their wedding day, and so much had changed! Their daughter Madison was loving the shoot. She was getting so much attention from everyone - what more could a toddler want?!

One of my favorite parts of shooting extended family photos is actually a part that people don’t really expect. I take the time to not only get some stunning images of the whole group, but I split everyone up into every combination possible. I photograph individual couples, grandparent photos, generations, children with parents, and of course the little ones by themselves!
